Especially for those who have a history of breast cancer in their family, it is crucial to ensure that you have yearly mammograms and that you are keeping these routine wellness appointments as early detection is key.

Here's what you will need for this Harvest Chicken Casserole:

  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth, divided
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1 lb brussel sprouts, trimmed and quartered
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into small cubes
  • 2 tsp fresh thyme leaves
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil, divided (plus more for baking dish)
  • 6 cups cooked wild rice
  • Kosher salt
