The American Chamber of Commerce -AmCham Kuwait (American Business Council Kuwait) is deeply saddened to learn about the passing of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al- Ahmad Al-Jaber Al -Sabah, the Father of Kuwait. On this sad occasion, our Council would like to express its deepest condolences to the people of Kuwait.
His Highness was a remarkable leader, who dedicated his life to the betterment of the State of Kuwait, to charity for humanity and peace for all mankind. His Highness' devotion to and love for his country and the mankind will be remembered by all, which was reflected by the United Nations, when he was handed the honor for his "Exemplary Humanitarian Leadership".
We would like to convey to the people of Kuwait our deepest sympathy during this sad time.
