The Hawaii Association of American Baptists met for their Annual Meeting on Saturday, February 22nd at the First Baptist Church of Honolulu. Dr. Gina Jacobs-Strain, General Secretary of American Baptist Churches, USA, was the keynote speaker. The two-day event included two seminars, a “Meet, Greet & Eat” at the home of Sharon Dumas and a catered dinner prepared by Chefs Ron Young and Gary Gascon. Other special Guests participating in the event were Rev. Nakita McCalister, President of the ABC/USA General Board, Rev. Andy Quient, Executive Minister of ABCOFLASH, and Jill Lowry, Donor Advisor International Ministries. |
