• Experience creative, vibrant programs featuring global servants sharing how God is at work around the world. Discover how we are “responding together for good”.  Click on “Meet the Speakers” below to see the list of presenters in each of the two 90-minute sessions.
• Participate in global worship as you sing along with a children’s choir in Hungary, a Burmese choir in the US, or a choir in Lebanon. Clap your hands as praise bands from the Dominican Republic and Brazil bring their lively worship and music. Get up on your feet with the teenage Congolese dance team and the women of Angola as they dance and sing.
• Immerse yourself in this multi-lingual, cross-cultural event hosted by Sharon Koh (CEO of IM, speaking in English), Jorge Medero (IM board president, speaking in Spanish) and Dezo Schreiner (IM board member, speaking in French).
• Test your knowledge. Think you know International Ministries? Or what life is like for the global servants on a daily basis? Find out when you try your hand in the interactive games, quizzes and polls.  Results will be shown live!
• Host a Watch Party at your church and receive a box of goodies to really make it a celebration! (register your Watch Party by May 1st) Invite everyone to arrive early and share an international meal together using the Global Encounter Recipe booklet for ideas. Download game sheets for the meal, plus activities for children and youth to use during the Global Encounter. Hosts will be invited to a special informational meeting on May 7th at 7:00pm EDT to answer questions.
• Engage directly with the global servants by joining a Breakout Session immediately AFTER the Global Encounter. Spend up to an hour talking with them in a relaxed, informal setting where you can ask questions and learn more about their life and ministry. It’s a great way to connect and build relationships.

Join us for one or both of the 90-minute online session happening on Tuesday, May 21, 2024, at 7:00 pm EDT and Wednesday, May 22, 2024, at 8:00 am EDT.  Both sessions have unique content and will be recorded. Registrants will have access to the recordings by 6:00pm on Wednesday, May 22nd so that you or your Watch Party can view them at a time that’s convenient where you live.
