Jim Stephens gave the sermon last Sunday. He started by noting how many times True Father spoke about sex to every type of audience over many decades in the U.S. In late 2012 when Hyung Jin Nim was appointed as president of the American church, he and Yeonah Nim started teaching each week, in broadcasts from East Garden, about Absolute Sex, but when they reported about that to Korea, they were suddenly forbidden by the Han Mother to continue.

Gen 1:26-27 states that we are originally created in God’s image, male and female. Within God, Male and Female exist in total oneness. That must be the GOAL of husbands of wives, but it doesn’t happen automatically.

If Jesus had a wife, what would that relationship be like? Would he be ashamed about the sex relationship? There are 3 values of sexual intimacy according to True Father

1.       Lasting intimacy and oneness between husband and wife.

2.       Giving birth to sinless children & God’s blood lineage.

3.       Keeping good health, God incorporated health benefits in sex. It is anti-aging and strengthens the immune system.

God gives new couples large doses of hormones to draw them together, especially in the first 2 years. This increases the feelings of excitement, attraction and bonding in their relationship.

We are benefitted by the “Merit of the Age.” Think about it, don’t you want to join a church with happy couples who enjoy intimacy?

Spiritual world is invisible, but it is substantial. Is there sex after death? Yes, for all eternity. Better than here. But only for those Blessed under True Father’s authority.

He then discussed new discoveries about conception, and about the heart.

The egg selects the sperm it wants to open itself to. A man’s body produces as many as 500 million sperm a day. Testosterone pushes the man to desire closeness with his woman. Oxytocin in the woman pushes her to pursue a relationship with her man.

Scientists have discovered there is an 8 foot electric field radiating from the heart. If you’re feeling stressed, your energy is chaotic. When feeling grateful, the energy is smooth. That is why we can sense and be affected by each other.

Women can process 7 different auditory inputs at the same time, while men have trouble processing more than one. The corpus callosum, a thick band of nerve fibers that connects the two hemispheres of the brain, is 40% larger in women. On average they are more connected to their feelings. That is why a woman wants to discuss things right away. In contrast, men’s brains take 7 hours longer to process complex emotions.

God created men and women so different that they can be married for all eternity and never understand each other… or get bored!

Mark 10:8 states the Biblical imperative, “they shall become one flesh.” Jim received the revelation that God wants more sex among Blessed Couples- 3 times per week.

We carry a lot of baggage from Adam and Eve. God’s “Blessing” (permission) on any sexual relationship, marriage and procreation could never be given until True Father’s victory was achieved on earth.
