Their term began on July 1, 2018.

Jeffrey Diggins

Jeffrey Diggins began his career in the HVAC industry at Total Air Supply where he was the general manager for over 10 years.
Jeffrey also opened and served as the branch manager for Engel Supply, worked as an account manager for FW Web for over 10 years, and ran the office at Universal Automation and Mechanical Services.
Jeffrey has been an Account Manager for the Granite Group for the past three years.

Mike Donaghey

Mike Donaghey graduated from Salem State University with a Degree in Business Administration. He went on to receive his MBA from Northeastern University in 1997.
Mike began woking for S.G. Torrice Co. Inc. in 1981 and has been with them for 37 years. He currently serves as the Executive Vice President.
In his spare time, Mike enjoys spending time with his family, serving on the Board of Directors for the James L McKeown Boys and Girls Club of Woburn.

Michael Ray has been in the plumbing, heating and cooling industry for the past 30 plus years. He started as an Apprentice Plumber in the Boston area in 1987 where he learned the skills necessary to become a Licensed Plumber at the age of 25.
Michael has done many jobs in the industry from Apprentice plumber, Warehouse guy, Service Technician, Service Manager and is now the V.P of Sales and Operations for Papalia home service .

Massachusetts employers take notice: the Massachusetts Equal Pay Law became effective July 1, 2018, and past practices, like asking a prospective employee during an interview how much they were paid in their old job, will violate the law.
