2026 INTERNATIONAL BANKRUPTCY COURSE

Starting January 20, 2026

The College is pleased to once again offer a semester-long class on international bankruptcy. The class, offered during the spring semester, features lectures taught by leading international insolvency academics, practitioners, and judges from around the world.

All Fellows and their firms have the opportunity to audit all, or any portion, of the course, with a deep discount for firms who sponsor the College through the Patrons and Sponsors program. (Participants may earn up to 21 hours of CLE credit!) The classes are presented live (via Zoom) on 13 consecutive Tuesday nights starting January 20, 2026, from 6:40 pm ET to 8:20 pm ET. For those who are unable to attend live, recordings of each session are posted within 48 hours of the class. Extensive reference materials are also posted for each class. Please register by January 13, 2026.

CLASS 37 INDUCTION CEREMONY AND CONFERENCE
