With everything happening within the greater Austin community, students are more interested in community engagement than ever before. Why not tap into that passion and develop a community engagement project for your course?

The Office of Experiential Learning is here to support you on that journey! Enroll today in our Summer Institute for Service-Learning. As a participant, you’ll learn the fundamentals of service-learning project development and implementation and walk away with a course plan in hand!

This six-week synchronous training fulfills the Level One requirement for TLED's Service-Learning Fellowship, qualifies you to teach a service-learning course at ACC, and you will earn 10 hours of professional development and a $200 stipend. 

The Institute will be held via BlackBoard Collaborate on Tuesdays and Fridays from 1-3PM beginning June 22nd and ending July 31st. You will only need to attend one session per week, and you may attend the Tuesday OR Friday session.
