The state outreach meetings for Phase 2 of Opportunity Appalachia are underway! Opportunity Appalachia is supporting projects at the critical development stage when technical assistance is needed most. As with Phase 1, TA teams will work with each community to address identified gaps. The teams will be composed of local, regional, and national TA providers, and could include market research groups, state-wide architectural and engineering firms, regional CDFIs for financial structuring support, specialized consulting groups focused on select industries
