Timeline of Activities & Resources
The Department continues to prepare for the implementation of the next phase of the ACC and is working hard to ensure a smooth transition of the program. Along with immediately focusing on the RAE contract negotiations, finalizing the 1915(b) waiver with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), managing system updates and other activities, the Department is preparing and training staff for the changes in operations. For a timeline of the Department's major activities related to Phase II, visit CO.gov/HCPF/ACCPhase2 .

As a result of all of the mission critical activities underway, the Department is limited in its ability to respond to individual questions and request for presentations. In an effort to be responsive to provider, member and stakeholder needs, the Department will continue to develop key communications listed below about the program over the next few months. As new information and resources become available we will announce it in this newsletter and post them on CO.gov/HCPF/ACCPhase2 .

Additionally, interested parties can submit their questions to the Department using this form on  CO.gov/HCPF/ACCPhase2 . The Department will not be able to respond directly to all inquiries but will use the questions submitted to tailor upcoming communications and resources.
