Support for businesses implementing REP

Eligible organizations participating in the Restrictions Exemption Program (REP) can now apply for a $2,000 grant to help offset some of the implementation costs.

Proof of vaccination to require QR code as of Nov. 15

Alberta’s vaccine record with a QR code is now required to access venues implementing the Restrictions Exemption Program (REP).

Canada and ASEAN proceed with free trade agreement negotiations

The Honourable Mary Ng met virtually with ASEAN Economic Ministers at the ASEAN Economic Ministers (AEM) – Canada Consultations, where they announced that Canada and ASEAN have agreed to proceed with negotiations toward a comprehensive Free Trade Agreement (FTA), marking an historic milestone in the Canada-ASEAN relationship.
