This Task Force was created to address our industry’s workforce needs by encouraging more students to consider pursuing the many diverse career options within the consulting engineering industry. The goal is to increase the next generation of engineering professionals by working with the University System of Georgia, the Technical College System of Georgia, and K-12 systems around the state to encourage students to pursue careers in the built environment. This event features transportation leaders, elected officials, Georgia's engineering industry, and professionals from around the state. This all-day event will feature General Session with the transportation heads of GDOT and other agencies around the state, the Georgia Partnership for Transportation Quality (GPTQ) Awards and afternoon breakout session led by GDOT.
