PPP forgiven loans and FAR Credits Clause
The House passed the National Defense Authorization Act NDAA last week which included the PPP credits waiver amendment to fix the issue We’ll be circling back with our Senate champions to strategize on retaining the amendment in a final bill.

The House of Representatives is scheduled to vote today on the bipartisan Senate-passed Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (H.R. 3684). We don’t know the exact timing of the vote, and there is still a possibility that it gets delayed. The situation remains very fluid.
Transportation committee leaders are developing plans for a short-term extension of surface transportation programs if the bill fails to pass and the current programs expire at the end of the day today.

Many thanks to those who coordinated the delivery and contributed to the effort! Our thoughts and prayers continue to be with those impacted by Hurricane Ida and our friends in SW Louisiana who continue to struggle with recovery from the 2020 hurricanes and weather events.
