YOGA 21+

(ages 21 and up)

Get your stretch on at our Yoga 21+ Activity!

All skill levels and abilities are encouraged to participate.

Join us Monday, Oct 2nd from 7 - 8pm.

Class is open to those 21 and older.

$5 per participant and additional guests.

Exercise with Amanda

(all ages)

Amanda is back for more sessions of healthy stretching and a light exercise work out. Class will meet on Wednesday, Oct 4th from 7 - 7:30pm.

Items needed:

-Space to move around

-Towel or mat for floor exercise

-A device with access to the zoom app

Please Note that when registering, you MUST register a parent/caregiver for each event as well.

Fall Festival at Hellerick's Family Farm

(all ages)

Do you like fresh apple cider, adorable farm animals, pumpkin patches, or corn mazes? Well we have good news for you! Hellerick's Family Farm has all the above and pretty much every fall farm favorite you can imagine!

So stop on by the farm on Saturday October 7th from 9:00am-12:00pm and get in on this fun fall fest action!

Valley of Fear's Haunted Hayride

(Ages 14+)

The Valley of Fear has been haunting the Buck's County area for over 30 years. ACF would like you to hop onboard their oldest and most beloved attraction, their haunted hayride! Following the ride you are encouraged to join us at Pumpkinhead's Picnic Grove for refreshments and entertainment!

Madame Anita Thompson Presents

Paint Paris

(all ages)

Join us Oct 11th 7 - 8pm for a one night only special event! Beloved ACF art teacher Anita is opening her studio doors to individuals of all ages for this special Paris themed class. All participants will follow Anita's guidance as they paint the Effiel Tower. But that's not the catch!

The best part is all artwork will be displayed at ACF's most prestigious event, the CARES Gala!

Be the artist you always knew you could be, grab your metaphorical paint brushes *literal paint supplies WILL be provided*, and Paint Paris!

We Rock the Spectrum 

(ages 13 and under)

We have a bring new activity we're excited to introduce on Oct 13th 6:30 - 7pm.

What do climbing walls, hammocks, tunnels, swings, and a crash pit have in common you ask?

The answer is you can find them all and then some at We Rock the Spectrum! We Rock the Spectrum is a Philly based gym that is focused on creating a friendly, safe, and inclusive for kids under the age of 10.

So bring the little ones and get climbing!

Altitude

(all ages)

Get ready to jump on Monday Oct 16th 7 - 8pm! ACF is thrilled to be able to rent the altitude facility so that our individuals with disabilities and their siblings can jump! All ages welcome!

All jumpers are required to wear Altitude jumping socks, which can be purchased upon arrival.

Playful Poses, A Guided Adventure into the World of Mindfulness

(ages 6-13)

In this activity, geared specifically for younger kids, each participant will be guided into a world of mindfulness and yoga through stories, laughs, one on one attention, and games.

Halloween Dance

(ages 14 and up)

ACF hosts its annual Halloween dance once more at Council Rock on Friday Oct 20th 6:30 - 9pm! Put on your mask and dancing shoes for a night of frightening fun. Emphasis on the fun!!! Food, drinks, treats, and music will put some pep into the step of even the oldest of zombies!

Look Who's Dancing

Our dancing ladies return, Tuesday Oct 24th 7 - 8pm, for a fun filled class combining favorite songs and dances with exercise.

(ages 14+)

Anita's artistic expertise has been guiding the brushes of ACF participants for years now. This is a popular activity with constantly changing themes to keep all partaking interested and involved. See why Art with Anita is all the rage and sign up now so you don’t miss out on a single class! This activity will be in person and for participants ages 14+. Wednesday Oct 25th 7 - 8pm.
