As 2014 rolls in, the newly implemented Affordable Care Act has made it clear that big change is here. One of the main conditions of ACA is to drive our nation's population to become healthier. To do this it will take a combination of effort from both the provider and the patient. How do we make this goal a reality? What are professionals experiencing within with within their communities? What steps are individuals and organizations taking to improve population health?  These are just a few questions that health professionals are asking as the health of our population becomes a more pressing issue.

Join ACHE Central Texas Chapter to discuss this hot button issue of accountability and its role in achieving success in population health. This discussion will be conversed by some of Texas's leading healthcare professionals in a panel format.
