Letter from the President

Dear Members,

As we start a new year, I want to express my gratitude for your continued commitment to our shared mission of advancing healthcare leadership excellence.

I am pleased to share that our chapter has earned the Award for Chapter Excellence as part of the 2024 Chapter Management and Awards Program for achieving the 2023 Performance Standards in Education & Networking, Member Satisfaction, and Membership Growth. We will be receiving this award at ACHE Congress in Chicago on Tuesday, March 26th during the MacEachern Luncheon. If you are attending Congress, we hope you will join us by registering for this luncheon. I am proud of what we accomplished last year and am appreciative of the collective effort of our board. I applaud its commitment to excellence and encourage you to take pride in being part of this chapter.

Membership in our chapter is a passport to professional growth and collective impact. In the dynamic landscape of healthcare, being part of our fellowship provides a unique opportunity for networking, knowledge exchange, and collaboration. Your active involvement in our chapter is not only an investment in your own career but also a contribution to the collective advancement of healthcare leadership in our community.

I wish to extend a heartfelt call for your participation in chapter volunteering and committee service. The strength of our chapter lies in the dedication and diversity of its members. By volunteering your time and expertise on one of our various committees, you contribute to the development of initiatives that shape the future of healthcare leadership. Serving on committees not only broadens your professional experience but also allows you to make a meaningful impact on the direction and success of our chapter.

As we embark on another year of opportunities and challenges, I am honored and humbled to serve as your President. Together, let us continue to elevate healthcare leadership standards and make a lasting impact on the industry we are passionate about.

Thank you for your continued support, and I look forward to achieving new milestones together.

With gratitude,

Alexis T. Kainz, MHA, FACHE

LinkedIn Groups for Members

The Asian Healthcare LeadersLGBTQ+ Healthcare Leaders and Physician Executives online communities are now LinkedIn groups. In these groups, you can still connect directly, peer-to-peer in real time to network, ask questions and share resources. These LinkedIn groups are only for ACHE members, and they will remain private and require permission from ACHE to join. Members will continue to need to have a MD/DO degree noted in their ACHE profile to be part of the Physician Executives group. We hope our new LinkedIn groups will be a valuable engagement tool for you and your chapter members. We look forward to continuing the conversation on LinkedIn!
