Majority share takeover of Adria Airways completed
On March 15, 2016, 4K Invest, through its subsidiary company AA International Aviation Holding GmbH, has acquired 96% of the shares of Adria Airways, an international airline with headquarters in Ljubljana, Slovenia. Adria Airways is member of Star Alliance, the world's leading alliance of premium airlines.

Brussels Airport: les passagers non-Schengen passent aussi le par "Connector"
Brussels Airport mettra en service, ce jeudi 17 mars, la liaison entre le "Connector" et la jetée B. Conséquence: les passagers non-Schengen emprunteront également le Connector avant d'embarquer, annonce mardi l'aéroport.

Aeroporto di Olbia, piano di sviluppo da 95 milioni
Firmato nei giorni scorsi il contratto di programma tra Enac e Geasar Spa, la società di gestione dell'aeroporto di Olbia Costa Smeralda, per procedere alla fase operativa del piano di sviluppo, con un investimento complessivo di 95 milioni di euro. L'atto prevede, secondo il piano degli interventi sviluppato per il periodo 2015-2018, un importo complessivo di 95 milioni di Euro, di cui 30 milioni in autofinanziamento da partedella società di gestione.

SITA introduces single biometric boarding solution
SITA revealed Smart Path, which allows passengers to move through the airport and board the aircraft by presenting themselves for a biometric check to verify their identity, allowing them to proceed without having to present a boarding pass, a passport or travel documents again.
