ACIC Private Notes                             August 2016
Welcome to the late August 2016 issue of ACIC Private Notes! As everyone is enjoying their last days of summer, we would like to turn your attention to the fall and provide you with some details of our exciting program scheduled for October 20 and 21. This year's co-chairs, Bryan Cho and James Cain, have been very creative in planning panels that have a political theme to coincide with the upcoming presidential election - to read their message about the program follow the link below. Also, in this month's edition you will find interesting summaries of new case law from the Mid-Atlantic region, courtesy of My Chi To of Debevoise & Plimpton LLP.
2016 Annual Meeting and Education Conference
Please join us at the ACIC's 2016 Annual Meeting and Educational Conference on October 20 and 21 at the Grand Hyatt New York in New York City. Our Co-Chairs, Bryan Cho (MetLife) and James Cain (Sutherland Asbill & Brennan LLP), with guidance from the ACIC's President, Vice-President, Education Committee and Board of Trustees, have organized a timely and diverse program entitled  "American Electoral College of Investment Counsel - Make Investments Great Again" .

On the eve of the 2016 Presidential Election, this year's ACIC Annual Meeting uses a political theme as a vehicle to update Fellows on current developments impacting the institutional investments market.  For more details, click here .
