Welcome to the early August 2016 issue of ACIC Private Notes.  We hope everyone is keeping cool and enjoying their summer!  In this issue you will find a message from our President, Brenda Page, with some of her mid-year observations.  We also want to introduce our newest members and help you learn about them in our new member spotlight.

It's been a steamy one of late here on the east coast, and as we work toward our 2016 Annual Meeting and Education Conference, things are heating up with the College, as well.

Before providing some teasers for the Annual Meeting program, I want to take a moment to give Kirk Orr (AIG Investments) and Brad Crawford (Vedder Price) a big shout out for bringing us a Spring Forum program with broad applicability and relevance that was coupled with a collegial and fun vibe!
