The Transaction Process Management Committee (the "
TPMC
") has finalized the eagerly-anticipated final versions of the
Model Form Make-Whole and Swap Breakage Indemnity and Model Form Swap Indemnity Letter. These versions update the initial drafts dated May 20, 2018 that the TPMC previously circulated for comment to the ACIC fellows. We thank the TPMC for its extensive work on this important project for the College!
