Update on House Bill 475

On Thursday, May 18, the House concurred on Senate Amendment 3 to HB 475 on a vote of 105-0. The General Assembly has 30 days to transmit the bill to the Governor. Once the Governor receives the bill, he has 60 days in which to take his action.
