Are You Prepared to Comply with CMS’ SDOH Requirements?

Starting January 2024, hospitals must comply with CMS's mandate to collect Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) data for inpatient services. SDOHPro, designed for this purpose, offers an innovative solution to meet CMS requirements. Attend a virtual demonstration to understand how it ensures compliance and protects your organization. Items can be dropped off at the ACMS office in the Northside between Dec. 1 and Dec. 31. You can also contact our team and we will gladly schedule a time to collect any items from you directly. For more information, reach out to the ACMS PR Firm, The Corcorcan Collective.
