Beyond Wellness Month: Sustaining Physician Self-Care in 2025

In 2025, ACMS is transforming Self-Care in Health Care from a one-month spotlight into a year-round commitment to physician wellness. Caring for clinicians is not a seasonal effort—it’s essential every day.

This expanded initiative will weave wellness into daily practice through peer support circles, mindfulness and resilience workshops, leadership-driven conversations on wellbeing, and broadened access to confidential mental health counseling through our Physician Wellness Program.

Together, we’re building a culture where self-care is continuous, stigma is broken down, and every physician feels supported both personally and professionally.

Stay tuned—more details, resources, programs, and prizes will be shared in September through ACMS emails and newsletters!
