Check out the agenda in the Virtual Conference Hall to plan your schedule! Similar to the Itinerary Planner, it will allow you to browse the meeting schedule, view abstracts, and plan your schedule for the meeting.

Using The Agenda

Speaker Information: While viewing the agenda, you can click on the double arrows next to each session to expand and view more information, including the speakers and abstracts.

Schedule Your Sessions: Sessions can be added to 'My Schedule' by choosing the star icon located next to the session name on every session. The star will fill indicating that the session has been added. To de-select a session, click the star again, and it will remove it.

My Schedule: After you have made selections, choose "My Schedule" to view your schedule. In addition, anything you linked in the Itinerary Planner will link to the Virtual Conference Hall.

Recordings: All scientific sessions will be recorded unless otherwise noted in the final schedule. Recordings will be available for viewing within 48 hours following the session and available to meeting attendees for 30 days post conference. Plan ahead for the sessions you would like to attend live!

During the Conference

Live Stream

When you click the Join Live Meeting button in the agenda, the live stream window will open in the platform. You will not be redirected to Zoom. Virtual participants can use the Live Q&A box on the right side of the video window to pose questions to the presenters. For more information, please view the Conference Hall Navigation Guide.

If you click Join Live Meeting prior to the live session time, a video of scrolling informational slides will appear. The feed will swap over to the live, in-room feed approximately 5 minutes before the session start time. If you are still seeing the walk-in slides 5 minutes prior to the session start time, please refresh your browser.

Discussion Forum

Each session has a discussion board that can be accessed in the agenda next to the session information! Simply find the session or poster you are interested in and post a question or comment. Speakers will be notified and will be able to respond back, as well as fellow attendees.

Job Center

The virtual platform has a Job Center, which features the ability for attendees to post any job openings for potential applicants to contact them and apply. It will also allow for any attendee to complete a candidate profile, including contact information and position-level being sought.

e-Poster Gallery

The e-Poster Gallery is now open! You can browse through the e-Poster Gallery at any time to view posters, listen to any pre-recorded audio presentations, and post a comment/question for the presenter.

You can find a presenter's scheduled poster presentation in the

Virtual Conference Hall, in the poster gallery.
