This email is in follow up to the joint vendor webinar that DI participated in and you may have attended on March 8, 2018. The webinar outlined our ACS TQIP® and NTDB compliance roadmap that is being supported by nearly all vendors in our industry.

This compliance roadmap, offered at no cost to you as a DI maintenance client, ensures that new technical requirements and impacts can be consolidated on a single secure infrastructure to support the thousands of independent registry applications that are in place throughout the country. This information has been explained in numerous videos, and many useful references can be found on the Trauma Cloud™ website . We encourage you to review these videos and share them with your trauma program and organizational leadership.

Download and complete the Data Use and Security Agreements
ASN Business Associate Agreement
ASN Data Use Agreement
Upload signed Data Use and Security Agreements to the Trauma Cloud™ Portal

If your trauma center has already registered for the Trauma Cloud™ , DI has been working with Analytic Solutions Network (ASN) to activate your account. Please look for an email communication from ASN with your login information to access the Trauma Cloud™ Portal.
