                               REGIONAL COLLABORATION WORKSHOPS
Regional collaboration is currently a popular buzz-phrase.  But what does it mean?  What would it look like in your region?  How would you go about making it happen?  Join the Alberta Centre for Sustainable Rural Communities in a one-day facilitated workshop to address these questions.  Workshops will be held in:
Hinton on  October 28, 2015
Lethbridge on  November 24, 2015
Camrose, Hanna and Bonnyville in 2016 - stay tuned!

In Augustana's Extended Education Sustainability 101 short courses, only a few spots remain in both the 'Economics & Sustainability' and 'Governance for Sustainability' sessions. Follow the link to register before sessions fill up!
Please join us Oct 22 for a free public talk organized by University of Alberta Network for Sustainability. 'Global Climate Change Week: UAlberta Contributions on the Road to Paris 2015' will discuss ideas, engagement, and action on tackling climate change.
This year, Olds College will host the Pathways 2 Sustainability event Flourishing Rural Economies. This conference will showcase emerging innovations, build and strengthen strategic relationships, and help find pathways to sustainability in rural communities.

Nov 13-15 will see the University of Alberta's Augustana Campus in Camrose host the fourth annual Spirit of the Land Conference to bring together economy, ecology, spirituality and community. Register before Nov 5 to get the early-bird rates!
