SB 0324 Handgun Permits - Accidental Discharge and Training Requirements - Maryland State Police Gun Center (Firearm Safety Act of 2024)

SB 0488 Civil Actions - Public Nuisances - Firearm Industry Members (Gun Industry Accountability Act of 2024)

SB 1097 Public Safety - Gun Buyback Programs - Destruction of Firearms

Trojan Horse Amendments which are not related to buybacks, but will make it very difficult for carry permit instructors to keep their training certifications are pending from the bill sponsor.
