Last night, the House of Representatives voted to approve SHB 1914 with an incredible show of support of 93 yeas to 3 nays! The bill has now been renamed ESHB 1914 and is on its way to the Senate for consideration. We are halfway there!

The bill must be passed in each chamber with the same language to be sent to the Governor's desk for signature. Since the House bill is on the move, our CALL TO ACTION has changed and we are asking you to write your Senator to urge them to VOTE YES on ESHB 1914.  

With less than a week left in the legislative session, there is no time to waste. WRITE YOUR SENATOR TODAY. 

Your communication can be short and sweet, 3-4 sentences tops! Here is what we suggest you include: 

1. Who you are and how you are affiliated with the film industry
2. Why you think it’s important to pass ESHB 1914 (which would increase funding for the production incentive program to $20M a year!)
3. Ask your Senator to VOTE YES ON ESHB 1914 when it comes up for a vote on the Senate floor 
4. Thank them for their time and consideration.
