50% of a production budget is spent with local businesses, and only 5% of those dollars are spent with businesses that are unique to film. From providing meals for local cast and crew to renting locations and hotel rooms to purchasing materials to build a film set, a production spends money in every sector of Washington’s economy - AND we want to tell this story to elected officials!
If your business is registered in the state of Washington, please take 2 minutes to sign on to Keep Film in WA’s Business Letter of Support. We will use this petition during the campaign to remind elected officials just how many businesses are positively impacted by motion picture production.
The deadline to sign on to the Business Letter of Support is Wednesday, February 9th, so don’t delay!
