The Department of Pesticide Regulation's draft rule will provide notification of applications of pesticides classified as "Restricted Materials" but it won't tell us the exact location, even though it is known!

AB 1864 (Connolly) is heading to the CA Senate Committee on Appropriations, and needs your support! The bill will strengthen important protections for children at school from exposure to hazardous agricultural pesticides, by changing reporting requirements to increase enforceability and extending existing protections to private school students.
