SPRING 2021 HOUSING APPLICATION NOW AVAILABLE - DUE NOV. 16
Good Morning -

We hope this message finds you well on this brisk November morning! As noted in previous messages, your Spring 2021 Housing Application is now available. Please note that all undergraduate students must complete this application prior to Monday, November 16 at 8 a.m. EST.

To complete your Housing Application, please visit our Housing Portal at go.wfu.edu/housingportal. You will proceed through the application based on your current housing status as outlined below:
  • Students currently on-campus will be asked to confirm their intent to return to campus or go remote (i.e. live at home) for the Spring 2021 semester. Those returning to campus will be asked to confirm their Spring 2021 meal plan.
  • Note: If a student indicates they will be studying remotely, their on-campus housing and meal plan will be canceled.
  • Students currently off-campus will be asked to confirm their off-campus address or indicate that they plan to study remotely during the Spring 2021 semester. These students will also have the option to select a Spring 2021 meal plan at this time.
  • Students currently remote will be asked to express their intention for the Spring 2021 semester. At this time, students will simply be expressing their intention to remain remote or return to the Winston-Salem area (if space allows).
  • Students seeking to live off-campus will need to have fulfilled the University’s residency requirement (i.e., have lived on campus for six semesters) or submit a petition to be released from that requirement.
  • Students seeking to live on-campus can express their intent to do so, though we will not know the availability of rooms on-campus or in University-sponsored housing until on-campus students submit their intentions. Additional details about availability, priority order, and selection (if applicable) will be shared at a later date.
