This is a friendly reminder that the PGA WEST Residential Association’s Annual Members’ Meeting and Board of Directors’ election is scheduled to be held at the Member Service Center Located at 54-320 Southern Hills and via Zoom on Thursday, April 16, 2026, at 9:00 AM.

Your participation is very important. Currently, given the number of ballots and proxies (for quorum purpose) received to date, we do not have a quorum and request that homeowners who have not voted, to please submit their sealed ballot. The Association must meet quorum to conduct the Annual Meeting and Board election. Failure to meet quorum will result in postponement of the meeting and election.

To encourage both voting and attendance, we are excited to offer a raffle drawing for those who are present at the meeting. Prizes include:



• Gift cards to LG’s Prime Steakhouse, Ruth’s Chris Steak House, Morgan’s in the Desert, and a Visa gift card
