Dear Elementary Panther Families,
We hope this email finds you well and we want to express our sincere appreciation for completing the ‘Learning Environment Survey’ for your child(ren). The information gathered was integral for reopening planning purposes spanning numerous areas.
As described in previous correspondence, on Wednesday, August 19th, Elementary school will begin introducing whole school eLearning. On Tuesday, September 8th, we are joyfully planning to welcome back our Elementary students on campus. For information regarding Wesley Prep’s COVID-19 policies, procedures, and safety protocols, please reference the COVID-19 Task Force Update email sent Friday, July 17th.
At this time, Wesley Prep needs your declaration regarding the learning environment for your child(ren) once the building reopens. This commitment will start once our campus reopens for Elementary students and will span the first quarter of instruction, which ends Friday, October 23rd. When considering your decision, please note that individual eLearning will differ from whole school eLearning, as described in the Elementary Learning Update video at the 7:47 mark (tinyurl.com/WPElemUpdate1).
We ask that you please submit the form as soon as your decision is made, as this will assist us greatly in moving forward. The due date to complete the survey form is TUESDAY, AUGUST 11th by NOON. Additionally, we are excited to let you know that you will be receiving an email from your child(ren)’s homeroom teacher midweek next week! Regardless of the learning environment, we are humbled to know and teach your Panthers, and your support and partnership are so appreciated.
