The Lifesaving Society has updated its standards for affiliate renewal to include signing a renewal agreement annually.
Historically, not all affiliates were required to submit these forms annually, as long as their annual fee was paid.
This is no longer the case for multiple reasons:
1. We want to take the opportunity each year to ensure we have the correct information on file for your affiliation and/or facilities.
2. The agreement clearly includes Lifesaving Society Affiliate Delivery Partner responsibilities, including reference to our Policies and Procedures and Affiliate Delivery Partner Agreement. This is helpful to review each year, especially if you have new staff or management.
We first distributed this notification via Ripples newsletter on February 15, notifying Affiliate Delivery Partners that the form must be returned within 30 days.
As such, please submit the Affiliate Delivery Partner Renewal Agreement to Experts@LifeSaving.org by March 17, 2023 or your affiliation will be temporarily suspended.
Only one form needs to be completed per affiliate. If you are an affiliate with aquatic facilities, you may list all facility information within the same form.
