Dear VTT Families,

Please read this email thoroughly for important information regarding program registration, which will open tomorrow, Monday August 23rd, at 8pm.

Beginning immediately, program registration will be done through a new provider called Regpack.

Regpack is a very straightforward and intuitive platform. As the users you will have increased control over your account and improved visibility of all your registrations.

Every family planning to register for extracurricular programs must create a Regpack account. This is a simple and quick process.

Getting started with Regpack is simple. Please follow the steps below to create your family account. We suggest doing this in advance of Monday's program registration so that you are ready to go at 8pm.

Steps to register:
  1. Click here to go to VTT's registration page
  2. Click on the "Create Account" button on the top right of your screen
  3. Fill in the required fields (Name, email, create passwords)
  4. Click on the "Sign me Up" button at the bottom

Upon completing these steps you will immediately land on the Parent/Guardian Information Page in the VTT Registration site. Please complete the required fields. The program will automatically take you through all the required forms including setting up your children's profiles and agreeing to the general waivers. Once this is complete you will be ready to register your children on Monday evening from 8 p.m.

Please watch the short video below so that you can familiarize yourself with the process. All parents will be responsible to register their own children for programs. If you need assistance, please email: [email protected]. We will gladly assist but will not be able to complete the registration on your behalf that evening.

In order to assist you with this process we have created two short videos, walking you through the set up and registration process.

VTT Bayit Program!

The VTT Bayit will begin on Tuesday, September 14th.

Students will be divided into two groups, SK to Grade 2 and Grades 3-7. This year the students will be alternating their time between the learning commons, the small gym and the playground. ** Please note we will be using the playground rain or shine so students should be sent with weather appropriate clothing.

The Bayit will run from 3:30-5:00 p.m. daily (until 4:30 p.m. on Fridays during regular dismissal Fridays and 3:30 p.m. on early dismissal Fridays). The Bayit will run until 4:30 p.m. on Erev Sukkot (Monday, Sep 20) and will not be offered on Pro-D days. The cost of the Bayit is $12 per day.
