On September 4 changes took place in the Residential class to enhance overall user experience and functionality.
1.
Action Required!
A new ‘Total Acres’ field has been added in the Residential class. Beginning October 2, this will become a required field. Any Active or Pending listings not updated before October 2 will not be able to be maintained or saved until the Total Acres field is completed.
2.
The ‘Basement Features’ field has been renamed to ‘Basement Type’
- This field will now only be required if ‘Yes’ is selected for the ‘Basement’ field
- ‘None’ has been removed as an option from the ‘Basement Type’ field
- ‘Egress Window’ and ‘Daylight Window’ were renamed to ‘Egress’ and ‘Daylight’
- ‘Walkout’ has been moved as an option under the ‘Basement Type’ field
- ‘Walkup’ has been added as an option to the ‘Basement Type’ field
3.
The ‘Legal Description’ field increased from 100 to 250 characters
4.
‘Bungalow’ has been moved as an option from the ‘Style’ field to the ‘Architecture’ field
5.
‘Egress Window’ has been added as an option under all ‘Room Descriptions’
