The Department will begin releasing the next cycle of Quality Incentive Program (QIP) surveys to service providers November 15, 2026, which will impact provider rates for FY 2027-2028 (July 1, 2027 through June 30, 2028).

Your contact information must be up to date in the Provider Directory before October 30, 2026.
- If your email contact information is not accurate, you will not receive the QIP survey and will not have the opportunity to earn your quality incentive rate for FY 2027-2028.
- QIP surveys will be sent to the “Primary Email Contact” located under the Parent Organization Information page in the Provider Directory.
If you are unsure about your status in the Provider Directory please contact your regional center for assistance or email providerdirectory@dds.ca.gov.
