Last Chance to be Heard!

This will probably be our last chance to speak up about the proposed Final Phase of EG. Your reporters haven't had a chance to read all 145 pages but we assume that the maps in the report are what they think will be fine for EG.

Would you live here?

Hamlet Houses will fill the corner of Ord Ave and Sherman. The Lane (shown in green) is 20ft wide, one-way just like the alleys behind many EG houses. It's the only street access for 35 houses. The green line is the path needed for an emergency vehicle - showing it could get down that lane, but not if it's blocked in any way.

Imaging you want to buy the "red dot" house. Where would the realtor park to show you around?

A moving van is bigger than a fire truck - could you have moved in?

What happens if 2 houses order Amazon delivery and you're late for work?

What if you need the ambulance but a moving truck blocks access

After you buy, where will visitors will park?

Planning Commission No-go and CSD Meeting

The Planning Commission was unable to hear our concerns, and the CSD meeting gave us some information. These will both be covered in the next PREG News, along with a heartwarming story about Comanche's grave.
