Turnover Calculator Tool
. As health centers, PCAs, and HCCNs work to improve clinician retention in the field, questions continue to emerge about the real problem of turnover. There is currently no publicly available data set that specifically captures health center turnover. This new web-based tool from the STAR² Center collects and analyzes turnover at health centers, informing state and national training and technical assistance efforts.
