Dear Advocate,

The Association of Clinicians for the Underserved is proud to announce the upcoming release of our STAR² Center's updated Data Profile Dashboards to help health centers better understand their organizations' workforce recruitment and retention data and compare it against national averages. In addition to these vital resources, this week we're also offering new podcasts, webinars, and opportunities to join our team.

Learn more below, and if you haven't yet, don't forget to submit your abstract for our conference, Mission: Health Equity, before the deadline closes tonight, and please complete our short community survey to inform our strategic direction!
Announcing Our New 2021 Data Profile Dashboards for Health Centers
ACU's STAR² Center will launch updated individual health center recruitment and retention Data Profile Dashboards this week. These profiles combine public, private, and proprietary data to detail health centers' strengths and weaknesses, as well as national FQHC recruitment and retention trends. Highly interactive, the Data Profile Dashboards allow CHC center staff to review their current and past data with workforce teams and compare it against the average data of similar CHCs. We will email information on how to access the profiles directly to each health center's CEO. Visit our STAR² Center for more resources and training information, or contact us to discuss workforce challenges or schedule technical assistance.
Accompanying Webinar Series Now Available
Curious to learn more about the profiles? View recordings and materials from our recent "Using Your Data Profile Dashboard" webinar series. These webinars introduce the profiles, highlight changes in this year's data, and walk through how to make the most of their data.

PCA Colleagues: Please Take a Short Questionnaire to Help Guide Our Workforce Trainings
As our STAR² Center plans its activities for 2021-22, we need your input to gauge the interest and availability of your state's health centers to attend in-person workshops. We are currently planning to hold two-day workshops for CHC teams on building comprehensive workforce plans, and we need your feedback to discern how best to offer the trainings to maximize their benefit. Please take a short questionnaire by July 1 to inform our planning. Thank you in advance!
Apply to Become ACU's New Training Specialist or Administrative Assistant
ACU is seeking two mission-driven individuals to join our team. Through data, trainings, or fellowship, ACU is here to support you in our shared work to achieve health equity for underserved populations.
