ADA: Reasonable Accommodations, Medical Injures, and FMLA
In this session we will cover the underlying principles of ADA Title II, III and IV. Title II protects qualified individuals with disabilities from discrimination on the basis of disability in services, programs, and activities provided by State and local government entities. Title III, place of Public Accommodations, provides basically the same protections by private business, with exceptions. We will cover key terms that apply to both Title II and III such as qualified interpreter, qualified reader, other power-driven mobility device, service animal, video remote interpreting, and more.
