AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT 

TITLE 1: EMPLOYMENT




 

This training will introduce participants to the employment provisions of Title 1 of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Equal Opportunity Commission (EEOC) Regulations.  This session will include information on how the ADA Amendments Act of 2008 redefines the definition of disability, and discuss how the California Fair Employment and Housing Act interacts with the ADA Employment Provisions.

 

The training is particularly beneficial for employers, case managers, social workers clients, people with disabilities, seniors, educators, families, and advocates.
