Project Background:
Client is replacing their current legacy JD Edwards applications for budgeting
and financial planning with Adaptive Insights.
This project is taken up by the partner Workday and is expected to go live
by 19th Oct 2020.
Since Infosys is supporting the AMS the client had asked us to provide an SME at client location who would take up the production support / any further improvements / enhancements requests for this application.
The SME would also be required to support on the integrations created between
Adaptive Insights and other HR & Finance applications.
Detailed job description:
Adaptive Insights Consultant
* Production support - Incidents & service requests resolution & problem solving
* Production support - Support to the integrations from AI to other HR & finance
systems
* Any enhancements / process improvements on AI
* Consulting with clients on budgeting and planning best practices
* Working with end users to document the business requirements and create technical solutions based on functional requirements - with attention to detail
* Supporting budgets, forecasts, and reports within Adaptive Insights for Finance
* Analyzing financial models and reports (spreadsheet/non-spreadsheet based models)
* Responding to client support questions and requests via phone and email
* Interacting with product vendor (in this case Workday) for any support queries
* Be part of a dynamic team that offers global financial solutions, operational support
and opportunity to lead change through the company.
* Educate and guide users on effective and efficient approaches to utilizing models,
tools and data.
* Provide technical guidance (design, model, configuration, troubleshooting, etc.) for the
Adaptive suite of products.
* Demonstrate high understanding of potential functional design issues by suggesting alternatives
* Support existing functionality and integrations with other systems.
* Effective communicate status to the management team, issue and risk management
* Establish connections to various systems and build end to end integrations that will extract, transform and load data into Adaptive Insights.
* Work with clients to ensure their data is formatted correctly, imports successfully and reconciles to source system
* Leverage prior EPM, CPM, and/or ERP implementation and integrations experience to better advise client on multi-application solutions and technology landscape
* Ability and interest in solving technical problems in network connectivity, Windows account security, ETL, SQL programming, database access, web service calls, APIs, and programming logic.
Molina has implemented Adaptive Insights for their budgeting and financial planning activities.
The role involves providing support during the financial planning budgeting activities.
Also involves support to the integration of AI with other HR and Finance applications.
