Development Analyst
Supports our Development Team in achieving the Company’s investment goals by underwriting for Developer Funding Platform (DFP) projects, identifying development sites for retailers, and preparing due diligence signoff packages.
Development Manager
Directs the execution of projects under development and/or redevelopment via the Company’s Development and Developer Funding Platform (DFP). Manages the pre-development and development process of over a dozen projects at various stages.
Construction Project Manager
Works directly with our Development & Construction team to assist with the overall completion and financial outcome of Agree Realty’s construction projects with developers and retailers from initial budget through project closeout. Possesses strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of civil engineering principles and construction methodologies.
Associate Property Manager
Supports the overall management of Agree Realty’s portfolio of assets including: on-boarding new assets, managing tenant and vendor relationships, drafting vendor contracts, handling assigned work orders and maintaining the work order system, and updating asset and property level analyses.
Accounting Manager
Supports the day-to-day functions of the corporate accounting team and plays a crucial role in ensuring accuracy and transparency in financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements. Primary responsibilities include the review of monthly and quarterly accounting activities and workpapers and the coordination of work around significant accounting areas.
