On June 30, 2025, the Board initiated the three-year review of the ADI Program incentives by issuing a Request for Information seeking stakeholder feedback on incentive levels, capacity, and program design elements. Additional time is needed to assess the full impact of the federal solar investment tax credit phase-out. Accordingly, with the exception of any program-specific incentives that may be acted on separately, the Board will maintain current ADI Program incentive levels through the end of the energy year (May 31, 2026), or until the Board takes affirmative action.
