Anne Kelly is the President of Kelly & Kelly Insurance Services/Patrick & Patrick Insurance Services. 

Anne’s formal education as a Cost Accountant provides a unique framework for the complexities of understanding the Affordable Care Act’s Employer Shared Responsibility IRS rules.
 

Anne has over 25 years in the sales and administration of employee benefit programs. She is an expert in client eligibility and reporting services, and uses her knowledge of accounting to steer employers through the myriad of IRS rules and forms required by the ACA.  

Prior to starting Kelly & Kelly Insurance Services, Anne spent three years managing Colonial Life and Accident Insurance's West Coast Regional TPA office, which was responsible for administering Colonial's Section 125 plans. 


Anne's experience encompasses all aspects of employee benefits, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, disability, EAP programs and voluntary programs. In an effort to better service her clients, she has become an expert in online enrollment, billings, eligibility and employer reporting for the ACA. She uses Ease Central to provide a unique service to employers, by taking over the eligibility functions from the HR Department, to free them from this tedious and time-consuming task. Anne’s department processes all open enrollment, as well as new hire applications and terminations throughout the year. She personally oversees these functions to ensure their accuracy.
