October is the month for goblins and ghosts—Happy Halloween! 


As I continue learning the ropes and balancing my responsibilities as President with my professional duties, I truly appreciate your patience and support. I’m excited to continue learning, growing, and finding new ways to contribute to all of you and to our organization.


There are a lot of changes happening in our industry this month with the CARS Act now in effect. It will definitely be a learning curve for many of us, but together, we can share information, learn from one another, and make the most of these changes.
