COVID-19 Impact Update
Dec. 2020
Dear Clients and Friends,

During this season of gratitude and appreciation, we want to provide an update regarding The Center’s operations during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The vast majority of our team continues to work remotely, as required by state regulations. We have embraced the challenge of implementing procedures to keep our clients and team members safe and adapt to evolving health regulations while also upholding our commitment to providing consistently reliable service. We have learned a lot throughout this process, and we are so thankful for your flexibility and patience. Here are a few updates regarding our current operations:

·Client Meetings: Client meetings should be held via telephone or virtually whenever possible. In person meetings may be accommodated in certain circumstances.

·Calling The Center: Our goal is to make it just as we were when all team members worked in the office, but this has been a process and we have been very thankful for your patience in this regard. We will be investing further in our phone systems to make this experience even more seamless next year. If you do need to leave a message, please know that we are keeping a close eye (and ear) on voice mailboxes and your message will be routed to the right person. Email always works great too!

·Visiting The Center: If you need to drop something off at our office, please let us know in advance so we can be sure someone is there to greet you.
We are eagerly awaiting the future when we can see you in person again and share a warm handshake or hug soon. Until then, we remain so very grateful for the opportunity to continue to serve you.

Warm (Socially-Distant) Regards,
Your Center Team
