The GPA has seen a steady drop in volumes and gate utilization.
As a result, we will be changing the opening hours at GCT to start at 6:00 am effective February 9, 2026, with normal cutoff times for reefer and dry containers.
If volumes increase or demand requires, we can change the hours to an earlier opening.
GCT weekend gates will also change effective February 14, 2026, due to lower usage. The new hours will be 8:00 – 12:00 for Gate 4 only, dry containers only. Cutoff for pickup will be 10:30 am. Cutoff for drop-off will be 11:00 am.
Again, if volumes pick up and demand increases, these hours will flex to support our trucking community.
Gate hours will also update at Ocean Terminal effective February 9, 2026. Ocean Terminal will no longer offer Noon flex lunch gate hours — working through lunch.
As a result, Gate 3 will remain open, but there will be no interchanges or reefer service area operations from 1200-1300, with regular gate hour closures and normal cutoff times.
