- On Thursday, October 13th at 12pm Noon, Council Member Ydanis Rodriguez, lead sponsor of the Food Service Workers Retention Act, will be joined by dozens of food service workers from across New York City to celebrate the expected passage of Intro 1011, the Food Service Workers Retention Act at the City Council.
